The office of the Association of the Polish Municipalities in the Pomerania Euroregion fulfils tasks which are laid on it by the Statute, Office's Regulation and the Authorities' resolutions. The Association accomplishes the aims, in accordance with paragraph 3 passage 2 point 2 of the Association of the Polish Municipalities in the Pomerania Euroregion's Statute, throughout "taking activities, promoting and supporting in a very active way every kind of works tending towards the development of the local government's initiatives based on the European Union's aid funds as well as based on another national and international financial institutions."

• assisting in daily activities
• informing the local communities about the idea of European integration
• coordination and supporting cross-border cooperation in the region

Realization of tasks and aims

The realization of tasks and aims of the Association is in progress on various platforms:

• searching and gaining the extra budgetary sources to finance the tasks including also organizing lots of conferences and trainings as well as information meetings for our potential applicants,
• taking activities in support of promotion of the communities and cities which are the Association's members,
• financial and professional service of the Polish-German Youth Cooperation Programmes and organization of the training meetings for organizers and teachers who are responsible for the youth's exchange,
• organizing of the educational meetings for the young people, students, teachers, journalists about the European Union's matters,
• help and guidance on establishing and maintaining contacts with municipalities, partnerships between municipalities and cities and ooperation of Polish, German and Swedish organizations, institutions and local governments,
• work in the structure of the Presidium and of the Euroregion Pomerania's Council.

The Association of the Polish Municipalities in the Pomerania Euroregion is the institution which conducts long-term education policy concerning Poland's accession to the European Union, aid funds and undertakings uniting local communities in the framework of cross-border cooperation.
